Lou is a 15 year old, Bay, GRADE Quarter Horse gelding standing a touch over 15 hands and built like a tank! Lou is very gentle, easy to get along with and is a joy to be around. He is what we call a trail horse deluxe. Lou will cross water with no hesitation. It doesn’t matter if it’s small puddles or a canal that has water up to his belly, he will cross it with no problem. He doesn’t mind traffic, dogs riding along on the trail with you and will ride off alone or with others. He has a slow jog and nice, comfortable slow lope. He picks up his correct leads and has an easy stop and back. Lou has incredible ground manners, he stands to be groomed, tacked, takes the bridle very well and stands to be mounted.
